Commissioned by artist Anne Duk Hee Jordan, »Electrify Me, Baby« (2024) filled Lichthof 3 of ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe as part of the exhibition »(A)I Tell You, You Tell Me. Three Encounters for Humans/Machines«: media scenography, an immersive environment, and an interactive floor that visitors set in motion simply by walking through it. Simone joined the project through Overlapping, who chose him as their partner for the interactive floor — a trust he is grateful for. The body tracking itself was provided by ZKM, a museum he holds in the highest regard: few institutions in the world are so far ahead of their time.
