Silent Green

The Kuppelhalle is the historic domed heart of silent green: an octagonal hall 17 metres tall, with a rigged projection dome built inside it. Simone installed the dome together with Marco Kinello and mediaintegreat, and has kept coming back over the years for its technical updates.

Overhead, the geodesic screen wraps the whole hall in sky: an immersive surface that turns the historic dome into an open-ended canvas for whatever gets projected onto it.

At the premiere, Simone worked the show as video operator, running the dome's projection live from the booth.
